Mold, Lead, Asbestos, PCBs, Environmental (Industrial Hygiene Microscopy And Analytical) Lab Specialists Are Available
This Inspection Must be Bundled With A Home Inspection.
If we suspect that there may be mold, we will point out the location and conditions that may be conducive to mold growth. If there are conditions that could contribute to mold, you will have the option to schedule a follow-up appointment for testing. We work with the best and most reasonably priced testing and lab companies on the west coast. We will supervise and schedule all services provided to our customers for an additional fee.
Drain Line Scope Video Inspection
This Inspection Must be Bundled With A Home Inspection.
The cost to repair or replace a drain line can be $2,000 to $10,000.
The color video you receive will confirm that the drain is in good condition or can be used to obtain a quote for repairs if it is clogged, broken, collapsed, or damaged in any way. Projects Under Construction New Homes, Additions, Renovations, And Quality Control Inspections
The Construction Report Includes:
- General Description Of The Project Current Status Of The Construction Project Including Comments, Job-site Photos On Each Inspection Phase Of Construction (CQC) Construction Quality Control
This inspection process begins when the project breaks ground or when the client hires us to start the inspection process through construction completion on single-family homes, additions, renovations, and condominiums virtually any building under construction.
Home Inspection Specialists will arrive prior to the builder’s final walk through looking for any safety issues, defective materials, or improperly installed systems. With this information, you will be able to have the contractor resolve any discovered issues before building close-out and final payment. This process will save you time and money.
Homes That Are Backed By A Construction Warranty
If your building project is backed by a warranty from the contractor, you should have this inspection completed before the warranty expires. We will identify issues with the building’s readily accessible structure or installed systems this will give you a chance to see if any necessary repairs are covered by your warranty while it is still valid. This process will save you time and money.
Commercial Retail, Office Inspections
Commercial Phase # 1 Baseline Property Inspection Includes:
Baseline commercial property inspection standards set forth (InterNACHI Commercial SOP Standards of Practice) rely on a walk-through visual survey and document review to determine the property’s condition.
The (PCR) property condition report. Our min fee is $0.75 sq. ft. X 1500 sq. ft = $1,125.00 and up.

Commercial Phase # 2 Comprehensive Property Inspection Includes:
Dean Holmstrom, and other technical experts, engineers, and consultants this approach allow specialists to assist HIS in the inspection process by providing expertise in specific relevant areas.
Our minimum inspection is 1500 sq. ft plus all other additional costs associated with the phase #2 comprehensive Inspection.
Commercial Re-Inspection Fees With Report Are Based On The SQ. FT. Of The Original HIS Inspection Report.
The re-inspection is only for confirming items that were on your original HIS report, and the owner, buyer or seller has had all the repairs completed by a qualified licensed contractor. The repaired items on the CRL summary report for re-inspection some of the items may still need attention after the re-inspection if they were improperly repaired or replaced. Prices start at $595.00.
