We moved into our new home and after a few days we started to see major flaws in the drywall texture and paint, like it had been watered down. Then we started to see water spots on the ceiling and other problems though out the home. I contacted HIS and had them perform a home warranty inspection, WOW Dean found so many problems with the home we sent the report to the builder, and they fixed all the issues. That saved us thousands of dollars. Dean did a great job I would highly recommend this company and inspection.

After living in our new home for about 4 months we started to have so many warranty issues. We contacted the builder and they sent a representative to check it out, saying it was wear & tear not covered by the warranty. This turned into a big deal; the builder blew us off. Our new home had so many defects we made a list and had the developer attempt to fix them. Contractors came and repaired the items. After a few months we had more problems, at this point we contacted Home Inspection Specialists and had them do a full report and we emailed it to the developer now they had to repair everything on the list. I bought a home in a new subdivision and found out after talking with my neighbors the builder didn’t hire good contractors, and it was very difficult to get anything fixed. Cracked driveways and broken sidewalks and I had issues with my windows & doors. Cannot say enough about the service that Dean provided. We used Home Inspection Specialists to perform a multi-Family 4 plex inspection with exterior decks, balconies and stairways.
